Anyone who knows me at all knows that fitness, health, and overall wellness are all huge passions of mine. I’m often asked how I stay in shape, what I eat, what my workouts entail, exercise and dietary suggestions, etc. I also like to share my kowledge with anyone who’s looking to shape up, people who aren’t familiar with nutrition, and those who simply don’t know where to begin when it comes to getting healthy and in shape. I spent a lot of time creating this project and I’m happy to share it with everyone out there!
