It’s back!

Ciao tutii! :)

Well, sorry for the downtime, but the fitness section is finally back up. :D It was an easy fix — just had to make a small tweak in my MySQL settings, so all the information is till the same.

I have a bunch of new ideas in store for the site, including:

  • Weekly/monthly featured recipes
  • Video demonstrations by me (both workouts and basic run-downs on nutrition, and even in the kitchen cooking up healthy stuff!)
  • “How do I make my guilty pleasure not so guilty?” A guide with simple tricks on how to make those guilty pleasure more healthful just my making some minor, but still tasty, changes.

There’s more to be added, but that’s just a small preview. And again, if anyone has any requests, please feel free to e-mail them to me and I’ll gladly see what I can do to meet them. :)

Hello and welcome to my health and wellness site! Here you’ll find a ton of information about health and overall wellness - everything from basic nutrition and exercise information, healthy [and delicious!] recipes, general health information, links to other fitness sites, and more. I created this area so that I could not only keep track of my workouts and nutrition, but to inform others and to share tips, tricks, and advice. I’m not a doctor or a nutritionist, nor do I curently hold any degree in the field of human performance. I’m just a gal that enjoys living a healthy and active lifestyle, while encouraging others to do the same. This section will be updated often, and I’ll post here when any new additions or changes are made. Navigation is to your top left, so check it out, be inspired, learn a little, and enjoy!
